*My favorite wine hands down from the recent Guildsomm enrichment trip was The Cave, a label crafted by Binyamina. I found it to be perfectly quenchy, but also extremely complex and reminiscent of top California bordeaux blends. They age the wine in a Rothschild dug cave bought from Carmel.
